Our PVD coating thickness ranges from 0.03 micron to 0.1 micron, combined with a titanium nitride (TiN) protection layer of 0.5 micron, which is significantly thicker than the common industry standard. This structure provides improved wear resistance and longer-lasting color performance in real market conditions. For brass and sterling silver jewelry, we support palladium base plating up to 0.1 micron, with electroplating thickness ranging from 0.03 micron to 2.5 micron, and up to 5 micron for special requirements. This flexibility allows us to meet both cost-sensitive projects and higher durability demands. To better serve global customers, we also operate our own jewelry manufacturing facility in Thailand, offering flexible production capacity, diversified sourcing options, and stable long-term supply.
