Dongguan HonHo Jewelry is a professional fashion jewelry manufacturer specializing in stainless steel, titanium steel, brass, and 925 sterling silver jewelry. We focus on reliable mass production supported by strong technical control and stable manufacturing processes. Unlike many suppliers, HonHo Jewelry operates its own vacuum PVD plating factory, allowing us to maintain full control over plating quality, color consistency, and lead time. Our PVD coating thickness ranges from 0.03 micron to 0.1 micron, combined with a titanium nitride (TiN) protection layer of 0.5 micron, which is significantly thicker than the common industry standard. This structure provides improved wear resistance and longer-lasting color performance in real market conditions. For brass and sterling silver jewelry, we support palladium base plating up to 0.1 micron, with electroplating thickness ranging from 0.03 micron to 2.5 micron, and up to 5 micron for special requirements. This flexibility allows us to meet both cost-sensitive projects and higher durability demands. To better serve global customers, we also operate our own jewelry manufacturing facility in Thailand, offering flexible production capacity, diversified sourcing options, and stable long-term supply.
